Imladris Farm Blueberry Jam

Our blueberries are the heart and soul of Imladris Farm. Originally planted in the 1950's by Walter's grandfather, they were the first commercial u-pick blueberry farm in Western North Carolina. Many of those same bushes still thrive today in our mountaintop orchard, high above the southeastern corner of Buncombe County.

Farm is established on the site of Walter's great-grandparents subsistence farm. Located in the farming community of Fairview and dating back to a land grant from the late 1700's, the farm still includes and makes use of several of the old farm buildings, the original springs, and tools inherited from family.
