The process of making Dulce de Leche traditionally is slow and intentional. Over the course of 9 hours, 4 simple ingredients: Milk, Cream, Organic Sugar and Baking Soda are slowly simmered, making little by little a very smooth, silky, decadent product that is unique and full of flavor!
