SIZING AND SERVING SUGGESTIONS

This is a large 16 oz family sized bottle, it has 32 servings if taking 1 tbsp a day and 96 servings if taking 1 tsp a day. 

Adults typically take 1-2 tbsp a day and children under 12 typically take 1-2 tsp a day, But remember this is a food so you can't take "too much". We have been known to take 1 oz every few hours when we needed to.

Roots and Leaves was established in 2017 by Haley Maness and was born out of desperation and necessity. I (Haley, Founder/Owner) was diagnosed with Lyme’s disease and mold exposure and it was wreaking havoc on my health and life. Mainstream medical was doing little to help, so I started researching alternative treatments. I was introduced to the healing world of herbs and I haven’t looked back.
